Position Summary: The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing learning initiatives that support individual growth, functional capability, and organizational performance. This role oversees the design and implementation of structured development programs, career frameworks, and skills-building projects that align with business goals and works cross-functionally with HR and external partners to ensure learning effectiveness and consistency. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement learning strategies that close skill gaps and support long-term business objectives. Oversee the execution of key development programs, including leadership development, internal academies, and high-potential initiatives.
Lead the development of Individual Development Plans (IDPs), skill matrices, and functional career pathways. Coordinate annual regional training programs to support broader organizational learning goals. Standardize onboarding processes in partnership with relevant HR teams to align new hires with organizational values, expectations, and role clarity. Conduct and support learning needs assessments through surveys, performance data, and competency assessments. Identify and manage external vendors and content partners to support specialized training needs. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through learner feedback, data analytics, and performance metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement and maximize business impact.
