Hard Services Electrical and ELV Consultant

Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating the planning and delivery of the Annual Maintenance Plan with the Facilities Management Service Provider (FMS) and its Sub-contractors) in compliance with industry and OEM standards. Must also be aware of all mechanical requirements to stand in are required.Responsible for reviewing training standards for all FMS, hard services staff and providing feedback against industry best practice. Responsible for the implementation of the PMS Procedure including observations / NCRs to ensure the FMS is complying with contractual deliverables, SLA’s and health, safety and environmental standards, to ensure a continual improvement process is fully embedded.Contract Scope of works requirements:Make sure to monitor all maintenance activities for all hard services utilities such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical etc.Making sure that all FM activities are in line with applied HSE standards Reviewing and developing technical proposals and FM solutions that lead to high standards servicesEnsuring that all facilities and utilities are maintained with high standards Develop continuous improvement plan and best practice strategies to ensure a consistently high level of service delivery.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, contingency plans, emergency response procedures, preventive maintenance programs and all technical documentation.Monitor all on ground activities handled by FM contractorHeld responsible for all handed over assets.experience5+ years in Facilities management, minimum
