Hardware Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION● Receive requirements and collaborate with other departments to propose solutions● Design solution diagrams for projects● Select components and design schematic diagrams for products.● Coordinate with Mechanical teams to design board outlines and layout project boards.● Prepare manufacturing files, BOM, create requests for board fabrication, and managecomponent inventory and procurement● Perform soldering, board testing, and design validation● Evaluate quality and report● Prepare documentation and hand over products● Support other departments with electronics-related issues.REQUIREMENTS● 1+ years of experience as a Hardware Engineer● Knowledge of electronic components, microcontrollers, communication protocols, etc● Understanding of circuit protection, noise suppression, signal integrity, power integrity, and crosstalk● Knowledge of stackup, designing 2-6 layer PCBs, and high-speed signal layout● Experience designing circuit boards using Altium● Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills● Ability to read and understand technical documents in English● Fluent English communication is an advantage● Knowledge related to designing carrier boards for SoM, SoC, and mini PCs is an advantageWHAT WE OFFER● Competitive salary, salary review 1-2 times/year● Working time 5 days/week (Mon-Fri)● Full SHUI as Vietnamese law, advanced health insurance, annual health check● Annual leave: 12 days/year, extra 1 day on your birthday● Bonuses: 13th month salary, quarterly bonus, year-end bonus (based on business situation and performance)● Internal engagement events: company trip, team trip, gifts on special occasions, sports clubs (running, football,..), year-end party, etc.● Be well-equipped with working equipment.● Opportunities for training and career development.● A youthful, professional, and friendly working environment.
