ResponsibilitiesManage incoming and outgoing project documentation (drawings, reports, contracts, etc. ). Ensure proper version control and document tracking using EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems). Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery. Maintain confidentiality and secure storage of sensitive project information. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal departments regarding documentation. Conduct regular audits to ensure document control procedures are followed. Archive project documentation according to company and legal requirements. Support the project team in maintaining accurate records throughout the project lifecycle. RequirementsBachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in document control, preferably in the construction sector. Familiarity with Formwork and scaffolding and construction documentation procedures.
