Job Description

The Marketing Specialist – Sub Brands is responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing activity for haus & haus sub-brands, including haus & haus Holidays and Breathe Maintenance, as well as supporting our strategic business partners or new sub brands, such as Elementa, Bauhaus, Designhaus Collection and Raven – as required. This role combines account management, project coordination, and campaign execution.

Much like an Account Executive at a marketing agency, the Marketing Specialist builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders, develops quarterly marketing plans in partnership with the Digital Channels Lead, and collaborates with our in-house creative team to deliver effective campaigns across a wide range of channels. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role best suited to someone who is confident, proactive, organised, and ready to roll up their sleeves while growing their marketing career. 🔹 Key Accountabilities:

🔗 Sub-Brand & Partner Account ManagementServe as the primary marketing contact for designated sub-brands and external partner teamsOversee day-to-day communication, align priorities, and ensure smooth collaboration📅 Campaign Planning & ExecutionPartner with the Digital Channels Lead and internal stakeholders to create and implement quarterly marketing plansDeliver campaigns across social media, SEO, internal communications, events, brochures, email, and web🧠 Creative Briefing & Project CoordinationBrief internal creative teams (design, copy, video, digital) on campaign objectivesManage timelines and execution using project management tools such as Monday.
