They should be confident with building new candidate relationships and maintaining existing ones in order to keep our talent pipeline staffed. They should be flexible, organized and ready to roll up their sleeves anytime a new challenge arises. QualificationsYour Responsibilities:
Work closely with a lean but mighty recruiting team to hire for a variety of roles (sales, paid media, marketing, creative, strategy, accounting/finance, and operations)Conduct phone screens, schedule virtual interviews, conduct reference and background checks, and offer calls to closeConstantly develop candidate pipelines for entry to senior level rolesStay up to date in recruiting, marketing, and tech trendsMaintain and ensure a positive and timely candidate experienceDevelop positive relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholdersAd hoc projects as neededConstantly develop candidate pipelines for entry to senior level roles. Stay up to date in recruiting, marketing, and tech trends.
Assist with miscellaneous and admin tasks when needed (reporting, partnership development, candidate coordinating, career fairs, and any relevant research needed)Providing regular status updates to People Operations team and Hiring Managers on recruitment for open positionsSkills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or agency2 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience for a variety of marketing and operational positions. Experience hiring for paid social and search roles is a must.
Excellent negotiation skillsMust have experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and relevant sourcing platformsExperience using an ATS, we currently use PaycomExperience building strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholdersExperience recruiting for 3+ requisitions at a timeStrong experience with G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc)Impeccable communicative skills (written and verbal)Strong accessible network in the LA tech and marketing sceneSuperior strategic thinking and solid analytical skills
