Lead Warehouse OperationWork with 3PL to standardize SOP for inbound, outbound, packing, sorting and counting,Manage and control 3PL workflows and its activities in the warehouse (Processes, warehouse tours & audit, 5S, TPM, training. . . ) as well as during 3PL operation improvement activities.

Control 3PL inventory accuracy by conducting physical counts and reconcile with SAP system to analyze inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis and suggests actions: stock differences, losses & breakagesMonitor stock freshness by FEFO conceptReview the KPI’s and make sure that the costs are under control2. Lead Transport OperationMake sure that optimized routes are applied to the ordersLead and manage transport vendor to ensure compliance with our policies, processes and SOP.

Make sure that including Delivery document preparation, routing and trucking, delivery points management, Proof of delivery collection, returned goods reception are done according to standardsReview monthly KPI and control logistics cost well. 3. Lead Import & ExportIdentify and obtain the permits, licenses, certificates… required for custom clearance. Process & standardize SOP, KPI, SLA and monitor & control customs broker to follow. Manage transport vendor for pick up & deliver import & export shipments. Negotiation with local authorities, Customs broker. . . for fastest clearanceProvide all the information required by the customs officer:

act as an intermediary between the company and the customs authorities; especially in the event of physical cargo check Ensure the clearance process to meets all legal and status requirements. 4. Lead S&OP ProcessBe a proactive thought leader in building and implementing Planning strategy to fit with the Company’s strategy to deliver best results & performance. Develop and sharpen execution of planning strategies across all channels, work with partners to enhance S&OP process and strengthen statistical forecast model: baseline, incremental, seasonality. Lead S&OP process and consensus meetings:

ensure Sales forecast reflects the market demand and optimize the company’s resources generate a challenged but achievable sales forecast agreed by all relevant stakeholders. Record assumptions & occurrences for decision making including PIPE-IN & PIPE-OUT plans, promotion activities, statistical forecast model… to meet KPI: Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias. Portfolio management: provide analysis to relevant stakeholders for important decisions to optimize product portfolio. Control & build practical model to control Sell Out and Stock In Trade to maintain a good inventory level status at local market. 5.

Lead Supply PlanningManage supply plan against short- & long-term horizon to balance demand & safety stock level and highlight up-side and down-side stock risks such as out of stock, slow-moving & obsoletes, control & make quarterly SLOB stock report. Manage stockpile plan for existing products/new product (under/over stock) to ensure stock landing level & stock day to fit with organization target. Manage & optimize inventory level and make replenishment plan to meet sale demand. 6. Lead Order Management (Order-to-Cash)Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests and SAP system related. Communicating with customers; acknowledge and resolving customer complaints or handle them over to a supervisor.

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Coordinate with other teams/ departments to achieve company's business goals. Responding promptly to customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and continuously implement new or innovate existing processes to improve KPIs, Customer experiences, Efficiency performance. Processing the payments and withdrawals of customers. 7. eCommerce Fulfillment Center: Oversee end-to-end eCommerce fulfillment operations, including inventory management, order processing, last-mile delivery, and reverse logistics to ensure fast and accurate customer deliveries.

Optimize warehouse layout, staffing, and pick-pack-ship processes to improve fulfillment speed, reduce costs, and support peak season scalability. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, IT, and logistics partners to align demand forecasts, system integrations, and service-level targets in a high-volume, D2C environment. 8. Understanding of FDA processes related to Cosmetics and Medical Devices: Ensure compliance with FDA regulations for cosmetics and medical devices, including product registration, labeling standards, and import documentation requirements. Coordinate with regulatory affairs and quality teams to manage timely approvals, lot release, and market entry for regulated products.

Monitor and adapt supply chain processes to align with changing FDA guidelines, audits, and recall procedures, minimizing risk and ensuring product traceabilityJOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor in Supply Chain and Logistics, or Economics At least 8 years’ experience in multiple supply chain functions including Planning, Logistics operation, Import/export, and Order management; at least 5 years of experience at managerial level (Multinational exposure is a plus). “Can do” attitude among business complex status. Good command of English. Strong team leadership, good overview and under high pressure. Be a team player, detailed and accurate and problem-solving skills.
