Job Description

To formulate and execute the marketing plan for the organization in a bid to support sales and grow revenue for the business. Marketing Planning & Financial Key Performance Indicators Develop a marketing plan to support the Group Marketing strategy. Develop a marketing budget in line with the Marketing plan. Manage marketing cost optimization and guarantee alignment to budget (Ongoing). Cost vs budget tracker. Lead the implementation of marketing initiatives that contribute to Revenue growth (Monthly). Lead Conversion report. Key Performance Area (Client Communication) Customer And Stakeholder Management Key Performance Indicators Develop and execute marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and services. Organization Marketing Plan. Oversee development of digital Marketing plans in line with the overall marketing plan. Organization Digital Marketing Plan. Manage execution of the organization’s desired image/position and assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the organization, both internal and external, as led by Group PR (Monthly ). Manage execution of brand messaging and integrated communication, including promotions and campaigns locally in line with the Group (Customize Group cascaded campaigns to local market). Agency Briefs. Monitor the execution of public relations campaigns in the local market (Ongoing). Manage, coordinate, and communicate marketing events (Monthly). Post-event report. Key Performance Area Loyalty & Retention Key Performance Indicators Develop campaigns for customer retention based on input from Customer Experience (Quarterly). Key Decisions and Accountability Key Decisions Decides on marketing plan for the organization.Decides on marketing budget for organization. Decides on marketing activities for organization. Accountable for Planning, development and implementation of all the organization’s marketing plan in line with Group Marketing and budget. Public relations. Campaign and promotional communication. Organization Adherence to Group branding. Job Requirements Qualifications Formal Qualifications Required Degree in Marketing/ Business - Essential Postgraduate qualification - Desirable Experience Job-Related Experience Required 8 years relevant, marketing or advertising experience. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills - Essential Knowledge Areas Job Related Knowledge Required Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing communication activities - Essential Strong creative, strategic, analytical, sales skills - Essential Experience developing and managing budgets, and hiring, training, developing, supervising, and appraising personnel - Essential Skills Job Related Skills Required Ability to think creatively and innovatively - Essential Judgement management skills and proficiency - Essential Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges - Essential Strong Research and analytical skills - Essential Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, methodologies in graphic design, production etc. - Desirable Professional judgement and discretion - Essential Ability to lead, manage and develop team members - Essential Memberships Board/Professional Membership Required Marketing - related accreditation - Desirable
