In the near future, we aim to have more than 500 local sales force oversea and with 2 more entity company in Europe.Job Title: Sales ManagerKey Requirements:Loyalty & Commitment:Full-time position only (no part-time or side jobs allowed).Must sign a non-compete agreement.Relevant Experience & Independence:Minimum 2-5 years' experience in medical devices such as dialysis and anesthesia consumables, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sales/business development in Africa.Proven track record of working independently and achieving sales/BD targets.Educational Background:Preferred degrees: Biomedical engineering,Pharmacy,Biotechnology, or related fields.Business/Marketing graduates with healthcare industry experience may be considered.Business Development (BD) Capability:Experience in market entry, distributor partnerships, and government/private sector tenders.Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.Experience on service and sales of dialysis product is an advantageWork EthicMust be hardworking, adaptable, and willing to travel frequently.
