This is a platform where advertisers and publishers can directly cooperate without any fees, and access all the needed tools for publishing and advertising.We've been working since 2014, we set interesting and ambitious tasks and solve them from different parts of the world using the most advanced technologies for organizing remote work: Slack, GitLab, Clickup, etc. In our team, 20 people from 20 to 40 years old, we travel, enjoy life, and constantly develop our professional skills.Traforama is an international project. Our clients are advertisers from all over the world, so knowledge of the English language is mandatory.If you want to become part of a successful and consistently growing company, work in a friendly team of professionals, and get a decent salary in USD, we will be glad to see you in our company.We are looking for a Head of Advertiser Success who will build a clear, structured client-service function and personally work with advertisers at the first stage. The goal of this role is simple: create a strong service system, support active clients, help them grow, reduce churn, and bring back those who stopped working.This is a hands-on position.ResponsibilitiesDevelop the client service system and improve the CRM.Create instructions, checklists, and a knowledge base for account managers and support.Build clear client activity and performance reporting.Work with core clients and support their ongoing results.Offer new formats and higher volumes to grow client spend.Monitor risk signals and reduce churn.Re-engage clients who stopped running campaigns.Share client needs with the team and participate in product development.Requirements4+ years of experience in an ad network, SSP, DSP, or a large media buying team.Proven experience leading Client Success or Account Management (not just executing tasks, but organising and improving the whole function).Hands-on skills: ability to support advertisers directly, set up and adjust campaigns, and solve performance issues.Experience building processes: instructions, checklists, workflows, CRM rules, and reporting.Experience managing or developing a team and taking full responsibility for support and account operations.Strong track record in retention, upsell, and re-engaging inactive clients.Deep understanding of ad formats, traffic sources, and performance metrics.Ability to work closely with product, analytics, and development teams and communicate clear requirements.Strong analytical thinking and ownership of results.Fluent Russian (internal communication).English C1+.What we offerRemote-first team.
