Junior Growth Marketer – DTC E-Commerce (Data & Experiments | Remote EU/ME)

We’re hiring a Junior Growth Marketer – DTC E-Commerce to help us scale that engine across Amazon and Shopify. This is a remote, full-time contractor role for people based in European / Middle East time zones (GMT to GMT+4). Your missionMake our e-commerce system more effective every month by combining:sharp attention to detailstructured organisationdata-driven thinkingcuriosity about people’s behaviourYou’ll help execute and improve the Ketosource Marketing Playbook. What you’ll be building & optimising1. Performance marketing systemUse our internal frameworks to run and optimise ads.Pull weekly reports, flag what’s working / not working, and suggest next tests. 2. Product information as a single source of truthMaintain accurate product data (claims, ingredients, images, packaging details) across our database in multiple languages.Keep Shopify and Amazon listings consistent and aligned with our scientific standards and brand guidelines. 3. Email and automation workflowsMap and implement flows across the lifecycle: from first visit to long-term loyalty.Write concise, on-brand copy that guides customers through their journey.Maintain a clear system so we can see performance by flow and by step. 4. Conversion rate optimisationDesign and launch experiments on pages, funnels, offers and creatives.Track test results weekly and help translate them into playbook updates.5. Operations with external specialistsCo-ordinate video editors, podcast editors, translators and designers so projects move smoothly and hit deadlines. What you already know (or are keen to master)Up to 2 years experience in growth/marketing/e-commerce, with at least 3 months of relevant internship or work. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a STEM discipline. Strong English writing skills; you can explain things simply.Comfort with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Shopify, Wordpress, Amazon Seller Central and AI tools (prompts don’t scare you). A natural instinct for systems thinking – you like to map things out and tighten loose ends.You enjoy research and know how to go deeper than page 1 of Google. Extra bonus if you also speak German, Spanish, Italian, French or Arabic.
