Head of AI Execution & Impact Delivery leads the transformation of Indosat into an AI-native enterprise, ensuring that AI solutions are designed, deployed, and scaled to deliver measurable and sustainable business impact across all domains — B2C, B2B, and Network. This role ensuring every AI initiative moves seamlessly from concept to production and measurable value realization. Oversees the end-to-end operationalization of Indosat’s AI value chain, ensuring every AI initiative moves seamlessly from concept to production and delivers measurable, sustainable business impact. The mandate covers the entire AI lifecycle: from model design, experimentation, deployment, and monitoring to retraining, governance, and ROI validation.Responsibilities:Translate enterprise AI strategy into executable roadmaps and delivery pipelines across all domains.Oversee AI squads (B2C, B2B, Network) to deliver and scale AI models that drive operational and financial impact.Ensure robust CI/CD, model retraining, and monitoring infrastructure through Vertex AI and cloud-native systems.Implement frameworks to measure, validate, and report business value generated by AI initiatives.Ensure all AI models meet Responsible AI, data ethics, and governance standards.Collaborate with business units, Data & Analytics, and Technology to embed AI solutions into business workflows.Qualifications:Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Analytics.12–15 years of experience in AI development, engineering, or analytics leadership, with at least 5 years in large-scale implementation or transformation programs.Proven expertise in AI productization, MLOps, and applied machine learning across multiple domains (consumer, enterprise, network).Strong technical understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP, Vertex AI, Kubernetes, TensorFlow, MLFlow) and deployment governance.Demonstrated success in leading AI teams delivering measurable ROI and operational efficiency.Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and leadership skills to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption.
