Operation Data Analyst

Job DescBuild and maintain performance dashboards for production, cost, and project performance.Design and manage Excel-based reporting systems — including structured input forms, automated calculations, and summary dashboards.Collaborate with operations and manufacturing teams to understand, map, and visualize key business processes.Translate process understanding into measurable KPIs and data models.Ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple data sources.Automate recurring reports and create BI dashboards to support faster decisions.Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deliver insights to management and leadership teams.Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning through data-driven analysis.Skills & QualificationsAdvanced Excel expertise (PivotTables, Power Query, VBA/macros, and structured modeling).Strong SQL knowledge for querying and structuring operational data.Skilled in data visualization and dashboard tools — Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.Basic programming skills in Python for data manipulation and automation (preferred).Experience in process mapping and operations analysis, ideally within manufacturing or production environments.Excellent analytical and problem-solving mindset.Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.High attention to detail and accountability for data accuracy.
