Head of Application Support

The IT Technical Support Department is accountable for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and services across the organization. Below are its primary accountabilities: out the following key tasks:Responsibilities:Incident and Request Management: Handle incidents, Diagnose and resolve technical issues and service requests and Prioritize tasks based on urgency and service level agreements (SLA).Setup and Deployment: Support setting up IT Configuration and campaign, deployment of the software, Support system migration and software rolloutsEnsure system enhancement activities and processes are carried out to ensure smooth transition of project and changes to production environmentIdentify and recommend the use of innovative technology solutions and automated tools to support service transition processesLead the preventive maintenance activities for Service system operation,Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Over 10 years of experience in IT operations.Proficient in Windows Server and Oracle ServerExperienced with application platforms, mobile and web technologiesStrong knowledge of Java programming and Spring Boot frameworkFamiliar with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)Understanding of DevSecOps processes and tools, including Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Robot FrameworkStrong leadership abilitiesExcellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsEffective team collaboration and communication skills
