Summary :The role involves formulating strategies that leverage sales-related insights and current trends to drive sales across Big C Online platforms, including Web, Mobile, and App.Key Responsibilities :Formulate strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and developments to drive sales in Big C Online (Web/Mobile/App).Lead Trade Marketing campaigns and activities of online platform to win sales and new/existing customers.Manage and oversee P&L of an online platform based on assigned targets.Work with Digital Marketing, Merchandizing, Operation, Developer, and other related functions and suppliers to build synergy for continuous improvement.Examine, analyze, and report sales/customer-related metrics to inform all related parties.Supervise and manage within the team, including motivating other functions to overcome any challenges.Qualifications:Minimum 7 years’ management experience in Ecommerce. Own Platform is a plusBachelors’ degree in Business Management / Digital Marketing or related field.Experience in Retail Business is preferableBasic Knowledge of Digital Performance Marketing / UXUI / Customer FlowConfidence developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused strategies.Logical & Analytical Thinking and Good Presentation Skill
