As we scale our product ecosystem, we’re looking for a Head of Business who will act as a strategic partner to the founding team, guiding product direction, leading operational excellence, and helping shape how the company grows in the next stage.We’re looking for a senior leader with 8+ years of experience, based in Ankara, open to full on-site work, fluent in English, and comfortable navigating fast-moving environments where decisions and clarity matter.About the RoleThis role blends product leadership, operational management, and strategic decision making. You’ll own how the company executes across teams, ensure alignment on priorities, and bring structure to both product and business operations.
