EsteNove, a leading provider of health tourism services based in Istanbul, specializes in high-quality hair transplantation, dental, and aesthetic operations for international patients, primarily from Europe and the USA.To support our growing patient base, we are seeking a talented and enthusiastic International Patient Operations Specialist to join our team in the Zeytinburnu location and contribute to our mission of excellence in health tourism.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university programAdvanced level of English (written and spoken)Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the service industryProficient in MS Office applicationsStrong planning, organizational, and communication skillsCustomer-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilitiesStrong problem-solving and persuasive skillsDynamic, solution-focused, and able to work effectively in a team environmentJob Description:Collect payments from patients in the morning and afternoon for scheduled operationsReport all collected payments daily to the Hair Operation and Planning Manager via WhatsApp, record them in the Operation Tracking Sheet, and deliver the collected amount to the Field Administrative Affairs SpecialistCoordinate the next day’s operation schedule with the Doctor and share it with the Hair Operation and Planning ManagerPlan interpreters’ work schedules and patients’ hair-wash appointments together with the Hair Operation and Planning ManagerCollect payments for After Care product sales and inform the Hair Operation and Planning Manager accordinglyHandle and resolve patient-related issues (accommodation, transfers, etc.) by coordinating with relevant departmentsSupport translation for patients when interpreters are unavailableOrganize and follow up on patients’ blood test processesEnter patient information into SAP and ensure records are up-to-dateWhat We Offer:Dynamic Work Environment: Be part of an innovative, energetic, and supportive workplace where you can collaborate with an international team from diverse cultures.Career Growth Opportunities: Discover your potential with opportunities for personal and professional development.Health and Wellness: Your well-being matters!
