Responsible for front end support for site employees and managers with HR needs, requests and projects, and routing more specific requests to the appropriate division HR Business Partner and/or P&O global Function as necessary.Serve as a trusted advisor by ensuring that P&O systems and processes are easy to access and navigate for employeesProvides guidance to client groups to plan effective on-boarding and in-boarding for new and transferring employees. Plans and conducts new employee orientation. Responsible for delightful experience for new employees through forums like local New Employee Day, onboarding support etc. Ensures smooth off boarding experience for exiting employeesProvides day-to-day performance management guidance to managers at assigned site (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary, performance improvement actions). Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Provide ideas and participate in initiatives to harmonize, globalize and digitalizeDeliver high-quality HR services in line with globally aligned service standardsChampion HR digitalization journey in the P&O offerings to the businessAbility to make decisions and exhibit sound and accurate judgment to make timely decisionsAbility to handle changing prioritiesMust be able to embrace a sense of urgency, innovation and resourcefulnessClear communication skills, capable of clearly conveying HR policies, procedures, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders, including management and employees. This includes active listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in P&O consultancy, while also pragmatically addressing real-world complexities.Could our purpose be yours?
