As the company continues to scale, they are now seeking a dynamic Head of Commercial Finance to lead the commercial finance agenda and influence decision-making at the highest level.This is a pivotal, high-impact role positioned at the centre of strategic financial leadership. You will work closely with the senior management team to drive profitable growth, shape new commercial ventures, improve trading performance, and develop a best-in-class commercial finance function.The successful candidate will be both a hands-on operator and a strategic thinker, able to challenge, influence and partner across the business.Important Note: This role requires presence onsite in London five days per week. (No Hybrid or Remote offered)Your Responsibilities will include: Act as a trusted Business Partner to senior commercial leaders – shaping strategic plans and supporting growth initiativesOwn all commercial performance reporting, budgeting and forecasting, delivering clear and actionable insights to the boardIdentify risks, opportunities and margin drivers early, ensuring strong performance management and value creationLead analysis across pricing, promotions, supplier terms and customer investment to optimise profitabilityBuild, lead and inspire a high-performing Commercial Finance team, developing strong Business Partnering capabilitiesChallenge existing processes and systems, identifying improvements that strengthen reporting, visibility and decision-makingYour Key Experience & Skills RequiredBe a Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)Have a proven track record in Commercial Finance within Wholesale, Retail, FMCG or ManufacturingStrong P&L ownership experience with the ability to translate data into commercial actionHighly skilled at influencing senior non-finance stakeholders and shaping strategic decisionsDemonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to coach, develop and elevate team capabilityProactive, resilient, comfortable working at pace and confident operating in a fast-moving, trading-led environmentThis is an impactful role for this business and offers a strong opportunity to work within a business that has built itself up to a Billion-pound turnover company.For more information please apply.
