This is a central, visible, and strategically important position responsible for leading a team of six and shaping the professional direction, communication strategy, and educational offering of the organization.The role offers a unique opportunity to combine communication strategy, event management, learning & development, and team leadership in a highly international environment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, including the Presidium and various Committees. The role is based in Munich, with the flexibility of up to 40% remote work (after induction period) and occasional international travel. Main tasks and responsibilities:Communication Strategy & External RepresentationActing as an advisor to governance bodies on communication strategies and their implementationExecuting predefined external communication initiatives, including target-group-oriented messagingManaging interaction with external communication agenciesResponsibility for production and communication support for podcasts and other educational contentEvents & Educational ActivitiesManaging the organization of events for the Board, Council, committees, and internal Secretariat activitiesOverseeing educational events, including content management, cooperation with relevant bodies, and administrative supportLiaising with tutors, speakers, and coaches and ensuring effective support for their activitiesProviding support for education-related committees as well as qualification and examination bodiesLearning Platform & Digital ContentOverseeing the Learning Platform and relevant educational content on the organization’s websiteEnsuring modern, user-oriented learning formats and toolsTeam Leadership & Organizational DevelopmentLeading and developing a team of six, fostering collaboration, motivation, and professional growthManaging team dynamics, conflict resolution, and performance managementFormalizing and improving internal processes, ensuring transparency, quality, and efficiencyContributing to the joint operational management of the Secretariat together with other department headsProactive implementation of the Presidium’s strategic visionStakeholder ManagementServing as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders in a multicultural and highly international environmentEnsuring clear, consistent, and professional communication across all levels Professional qualifications:University degree in economics, psychology, sociology, communications, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of relevant experience in organizing and delivering training programs and learning initiativesStrong understanding of modern learning trends and digital learning toolsExperience in event management; international event coordination is a plusExperience leading larger or diverse teams in a complex organizational settingExcellent communication skills, including engagement with senior decision-makersHigh tolerance for ambiguity and strong intercultural sensitivityStrong writing and presentation skills with the ability to convey information clearly and convincinglyHigh IT affinity and media literacyStructured, independent, and solution-oriented working styleFluent English; working-level German required (French is an advantage) Personal profile:Hands-on, pragmatic, and people-centric leadership approachFriendly, approachable, and confident communicatorCooperative and participatory management style with the ability to set clear boundariesHigh level of integrity, responsibility, and commitment to qualityAbility to navigate complex institutional settings and maintain clarity under ambiguityStrong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and stakeholder orientationApplications through our website: https://werte-executive.com/job/86_25/
