They are committed to maintaining a professional and structured environment to support their operations.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute contract management strategies that align with overall business objectives.Lead and mentor Contract Managers, driving performance, growth, and a culture of excellence.Oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring efficient drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance.Align contracts with commercial goals and regulatory requirements, while proactively mitigating risks.Advise senior management and stakeholders on contract matters, providing strategic insights and recommendations.Collaborate across departments (Sales, Legal, Pricing, Product, Operations) to resolve contract queries and assess risks.Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and governance standards, including Related Party Transactions (RPT).Implement process improvements and automation tools to enhance contract visibility, tracking, and reporting.Monitor KPIs to evaluate contract performance, risk exposure, and operational efficiency.Manage and develop team members, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.The Successful ApplicantA Successful Head Of Contract Management Should HaveBachelor's degree, ideally in a relevant field such as Law, Business, or Contract Management, or equivalent certification.7 to 12 years of proven experience in contract management, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.Strong knowledge and practical understanding of end-to-end contract management processes.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Experience managing a team in a professional environment.Ability to work effectively in a large organization.What's on OfferAttractive remuneration packageOpportunity to lead the contract management function.Permanent role.Structured and professional working environment.This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role as Head of Contract Management.
