In-House Lawyer

In-House Lawyer As part of our legal team, you will be responsible for internet policy, assisting with legal matters, and providing support across the group in areas including corporate, commercial, advisory, and litigation matters. You will act as an independent and objective administrator to review the group's daily legal and policy activities. Requirements:Qualified lawyer, preferably with an in-house experienceMinimum of 1 year of legal practice as a lawyer with a valid practicing certificate, coupled with at least 1 year of experience in litigationDegree or above in Law with relevant experience in a law firm or financial institutionSolid licensing administration, risk control, compliance, or legal experience.Familiarity with Telecom and Datacenter will be an advantage.Excellent written and spoken English language fluencyAble to identify potential risks; provide valid recommendations and preventive measures Efficient with good time management;Mature, independent, self-disciplined, proactive, able to work under pressure with good interpersonal skillsBusiness travel is required
