Head of Corporate Finance

Euro Mechanical is looking for a Head of Corporate Finance to lead our financial strategy, M&A, investments, and treasury operations. This senior leadership role is based at our Head Office in Abu Dhabi, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, managing M&A and investment portfolios, driving automation and efficiency across finance functions, and maintaining strong relationships with banks and key stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead corporate finance strategy in alignment with company growth and M&A initiatives.Oversee valuation, due diligence, and financial modeling for M&A opportunities.Manage investment portfolio to optimize returns and minimize risks.Direct treasury and banking operations, ensuring optimal liquidity and cash flow.Develop and implement effective tax strategies and ensure full compliance.Drive process efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement within finance.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).10+ years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, treasury, tax, or banking.Proven experience in leading finance teams and managing high-value transactions.Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
