You will lead the teams responsible for brand communications, content, and creative, driving awareness, trust, and emotional connection with our customers. This role serves as the guardian of ROLLER's narrative, ensuring the brand is consistently represented across all touchpoints, internal and external, while evolving how we show up in the market as a leader in guest experience technology.This is a pivotal leadership position that sits at the intersection of brand, communications, and creative, blending strategy and execution to build a powerful, enduring corporate identity.What You'll DoLeadership & Team ManagementLead and mentor the Content, Creative, and Communications teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.Partner closely with the Directors of Brand Design and Content to uphold ROLLER's visual identity, tone of voice, and storytelling standards across all touchpoints.Collaborate with cross functional leaders (Product Marketing, Demand Generation, HR, Sales, and Customer Success) to ensure the brand narrative aligns with company culture and go to market prioritiesBrand & Narrative DevelopmentDefine and evolve ROLLER's corporate brand story rooted in emotional connection and ensure it's reflected across all campaigns and communications.Lead integrated brand campaigns that build equity, awareness, and trust globally.Drive a consistent and authentic brand identity and corporate narrative that captures "who we are, what we stand for, and why we exist."Creative Operations & Agency ManagementPartner with the Director of Brand Design to manage visual identity and brand guidelines in order to drive consistency across all external touch points.Oversee creative output, freelancers, and other external agencies to scale brand impact without compromising quality.Establish templates and creative systems that empower other teams to produce assets independently while maintaining brand integrity.Content, External Communications & PRPartner with the Director of Brand Content to shape the content strategy and editorial calendar, delivering thought leadership, customer stories, and demand driving narratives with a channel first mindset.Build and manage ROLLER's PR and communications function, including media relations, proactive pitching, bylines, awards, executive thought leadership, and trend jacking.Oversee employee brand reputation management (across Glassdoor, social media, etc).Build and secure SLT alignment on a crisis comms plan that enables swift, effective brand protection during critical incidents. Internal CommunicationsPartner with the CHRO and Chief of Staffs to design and execute internal communications that keep employees informed, inspired, and connected to ROLLER's mission and values.Measurement & ImpactDefine and report on key brand and communications KPIs including awareness, sentiment, engagement, share of voice, and media coverage to demonstrate measurable impact on business outcomes.About You10+ years of experience in brand, communications, or corporate marketing, ideally within technology, SaaS, or experience driven industries.Proven success in defining and executing brand or narrative refreshes and leading rebrand initiatives.Experience working in house, ideally in Series B or C growth stage companies that balance quality with scrappiness.Strong track record managing and mentoring multi disciplinary marketing teams.Background in developing or managing integrated communications and PR programs.Strong creative sensibility combined with strategic marketing acumen.Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Deep storytelling ability and the capacity to articulate complex ideas simply and emotionally.Passion for creating meaningful connections between brands and audiences.Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast growing, and collaborative environment.Perks!You get to work on a category-leading product that customers love in a fun, high-growth industry- check our Capterra and G2 reviews.4 Weeks of Annual Leave and 4 ROLLER Recharge days per year (that is 4 additional days of leave that we all take off together as a team to rest and recuperate) Engage in our 'Vibe Tribe' - led by our team members; you can contribute to company-wide initiatives directly.
