Being a valuable part of the consumer partnerships marketing team, you won't just manage collaborations – you'll create them. Partnership marketing is one of the most important areas of driving business success for PayPal accelerating the connections between consumers and merchants in the most inspiring ways. The role focuses on developing and executing outstanding co-marketing campaigns and merchant programs with external partners/merchants, driving measurable ROI for both sides. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can create innovative campaign concepts, negotiate and collaborate effectively PayPal Sales, with external partners, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver at high quality. You should bring proven experience in partnership or co-marketing, strong ROI orientation, and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholdersJob Description:Essential Responsibilities: Develop and manage partnership marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagementBuild and maintain relationships with partners, including regional system integrators, digital agencies, and consultantsAudit the existing developer program experience and identify areas for improvementDesign, build, and deploy strategic marketing communications to support the developer lifecycleTake ownership of developer-focused platforms, enhancing architecture, content, and SEOPlan and execute lead generation campaigns and lifecycle communications for developersManage Developer Meetup events, including invitations, logistics, and executionCollaborate with partners to create joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing initiativesCreate marketing toolkit content to help developers promote solutions on their own channelsWork closely with data and analytics teams to track performance and optimize strategiesExpected Qualifications:5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.Additional Responsibilities And Preferred QualificationsOwn and Execute Partnership Campaigns: Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of consumer co-marketing campaigns with key merchants and brands — from concept and pitch through execution and post-campaign analysis.Drive Growth Through Collaboration: Build and nurture strong, trust-based partner relationships, co-creating programs and promotions that deliver measurable business impact and inspire consumer engagement.Identify and Secure New Opportunities: Proactively pitch partnership ideas to merchants in partnership with Sales, demonstrating commercial acumen and creating mutually beneficial opportunities that advance both PayPal’s and partners’ goals.Lead Hands-On Execution: Oversee creative development, campaign setup, asset delivery, and activation across digital and in-store channels to ensure best-in-class execution.Collaborate Across Teams: Work cross-functionally with internal partners — including brand, product, analytics, and legal — to ensure alignment, efficiency, and flawless delivery.Measure and Optimize: Track and analyze performance metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations to continuously improve campaign results and partnership value.Expected Qualifications:Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.If you’re a passionate marketer who thrives on building impactful partnerships and driving measurable results, we’d love for you to join us in shaping the future of how consumers and merchants connect through PayPal.PayPal does not charge candidates any fees for courses, applications, resume reviews, interviews, background checks, or onboarding.
