We strive to develop our people to their highest potential, through continuous education and assignment of challenging projects.Starting with the role:We are currently seeking to hire a Head of Cybersecurity, who will be responsible for leading the organization’s efforts to protect its digital infrastructure, systems, and data from internal and external threats.During your day you will:Lead the implementation of the organization’s Cybersecurity StrategyAlign with business objectives, threat landscape and regulatory requirementsImplement security policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organizationImplement technical security and governance controlsContinuously monitor, assess, and enhance security standardsWhat you need to stand out:BSc in Computing, or related disciplineMaster’s degree in Information Security or related disciplineMinimum 7 years previous experience in a Cybersecurity role focusing on network security, cloud security or endpoint protectionProven ability to lead a comprehensive information security program from inception, building robust defenses across people, processes, and technologySkilled at adapting global security standards to the organization’s unique context, risk profile, and maturity levelExtensive experience in developing, implementing, and enforcing security policies, procedures, and technical controlsExpertise in integrating security across cloud environments, DevOps pipelines, and enterprise IT systemsGood understanding and knowledge of information security standards and best practicesDeep understanding of data protection laws and standards (e.g., GDPR, NIS2, SOX)Familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001, CIS and NIST CSFExperienced with SIEM, IAM, DLP, EDR, and vulnerability management platformsCertified with CISSP, OSCP, CISM, ISO 27001 LA, CISAKey skills/attributesTeam leadershipOrganizational and time management skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAccountability and results orientationFlexibility and adaptability in a complex working environment
