OverviewThe Head of Data will play a key role in shaping the Group’s data strategy and building the foundation of a data-driven organization. This is a newly created leadership role within the Group Innovation & Digital Division.The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing the Group’s data platform, governance framework, and data-driven practices to improve operational visibility, enable digital transformation, and unlock business insights. This role demands a strategic yet hands-on leader who can bridge technical capabilities with business objectives, drive stakeholder buy-in, and guide the organization through its early stages of data maturity.Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & LeadershipDefine and lead the Group-wide data vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the broader innovation and digital transformation agenda.Champion a data-driven culture across business units, helping teams understand and adopt data as a strategic asset.Provide strategic guidance on leveraging data for business growth, operational efficiency, and customer insights.Build and lead a small but growing data team, developing internal capabilities and fostering a collaborative, change-driven culture.2. Data Platform & InfrastructureOversee the development of the Group’s data platform (Microsoft Fabric and Azure) — Phase 1 targeted for completion by end of year.Integrate key enterprise systems (ERP, HRMS, Finance, Projects) to enable a unified cloud-based data environment.Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture and Digital Transformation teams to align system integration and automation efforts.3. Data Governance & QualityEstablish and operationalize data governance frameworks, policies, and data ownership structures.Implement standards for data quality, integration, and lineage, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all business units.Transition manual and Excel-based reporting processes into automated dashboards and analytics pipelines.4. Business Enablement & Use CasesPartner with business leaders (Property, Operations, Supply Chain, IFM, etc.) to identify and prioritize data-driven use cases that deliver measurable impact.Translate business challenges into actionable data initiatives and insights.Support performance management (OKRs) and strategic decision-making through enhanced data visibility and reporting.5. PropTech & Ecosystem IntegrationSupport the Group’s long-term vision to develop a PropTech layer that connects land management, property, IFM, procurement, and customer engagement platforms.Collaborate on API and data-sharing initiatives to link business verticals such as healthcare, lifestyle, and residential into a unified ecosystem.Ideal Candidate ProfileProven experience in data strategy, analytics, or data transformation leadership, ideally in organizations undergoing digital change.Strong business acumen — able to translate business needs into data opportunities and influence stakeholders across non-technical functions.Hands-on understanding of data platforms, governance, and integration (Azure / Microsoft Fabric experience preferred).Skilled in stakeholder management and change leadership, particularly within traditional or low-data-maturity environments.Excellent communicator and storyteller — capable of simplifying complex data concepts into business value.Exposure to ERP systems, digital transformation projects, or PropTech/data infrastructure initiatives is an advantage.Why Join UsThis is a pivotal opportunity to build the Group’s data foundation from the ground up — shaping the strategy, team, and governance that will enable smarter decisions and a connected digital ecosystem.
