We are focused on unlocking value and driving strategic business outcomes by ensuring data is trusted, accurate, and secure, while empowering every employee to use data and AI confidently.Skills And Experience You'll NeedYou’ll bring deep expertise in data governance, data quality management, and modern data platforms, with a proven ability to embed governance frameworks across complex organisations. You’ll bring a proven track record in data governance and data quality management, with the expertise to embed robust frameworks across complex organisations. Your collaborative leadership and technical know-how will empower teams to turn trusted data into real business impact at Les Mills.You Will Ideally Need Experience In The Following Demonstrated leadership in delivering data governance and data quality initiatives in complex organisations. Hands-on expertise with governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Purview, Atlan) and cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Proven ability design and embed governance frameworks and policies across business functions. Strong track record collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, analytics, and compliance.
