Specializing in overseeing construction projects from concept to completion, CPS prioritizes safety, quality, and cost control to ensure successful project delivery. With expertise in managing complex projects, CPS has accomplished various notable undertakings, including fuel storage facilities, infrastructure maintenance, cool store facilities, and residential/commercial developments. The company serves clients across Auckland, Gisborne, and the Lower North Island, delivering projects on time and within budget. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gisborne for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will manage all aspects of project lifecycle, from project initiation to completion. Responsibilities include creating project plans, overseeing contractors and teams, conducting inspections, ensuring logistical coordination, and ensuring projects comply with quality and safety standards. The Project Manager will also ensure milestones are met within the allocated budget and timeline through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. Qualifications Strong experience in Project Management, including the ability to oversee and lead diverse teams and projects to completion.Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor roles, ensuring efficient and timely project deliverables, and monitoring adherence to timelines.Experience with Inspection processes and ensuring on-site compliance with safety and quality standards.Solid background in Logistics Management to coordinate resources, equipment, and timelines effectively.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, onsite environment.Relevant qualifications in engineering, project management, or a related field would be advantageous.
