As Head of Digital & E-Commerce, you will lead the development of our digital platform and dynamic team. You’ll drive strategy and hands-on execution, shaping digital experiences that inspire end consumers, architects and dealers. You’ll report to our CMO, and work closely with brand, marketing, and IT teams to deliver on our digital principles: work smart, create engaging customer experiences, and build lasting partnerships.Your ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the digital team of Digital Product Owner, UX Web Specialist and Digital Operations CoordinatorOwn the future initiative of B2C e-commerce launch: develop strategy, brand experience across customer journey, global roll-out roadmap, and organizational setupGrow muuto.com as key channel to experience brand, translating brand values to a digital experience that inspires our target groupsOversee and evolve our digital architecture together with team (CMS, DAM, B2B partner-platform, e-commerce), ensuring scalability & user friendlinessUse data and analytics to improve customer experience, drive optimization and support the businessCollaborate with external tech and design partners to deliver impactful projects and initiativesKnowledge sharing across organization and close sparring with Muuto management on the development of online and digital initiativesYour profileHolistic digital understanding and e-commerce experience from a lifestyle brand facing both B2B and B2CUnderstanding of digital architecture (CMS, PIM, DAM, E-commerce, analytical tools), paired with a relevant educational background (e.g. cand.merc IT)Experience in driving large digital projects from ideation to implementation, managing internal & external stakeholders along the wayStrategic mindset paired with hands-on approach: set the direction and prioritize with a can-do attitude that solves problems.
