You own platform strategy, growth, analytics, and the content machine firing in sync with releases, tours, and campaigns. You’re half strategist, half operator, and very comfortable living in dashboards and group chats.What You’ll DoBuild and own the multi-platform strategy for:TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube, Shorts, X, FacebookEmail/SMS and community platforms (Discord/Geneva/etc.)Work with Creative and Post to translate songs, live moments, and campaigns into clear content plans and calendars.Use AI analytics tools to:Consolidate cross-platform data.Identify winning formats, hooks, and topics.Generate weekly/monthly insights and recommendations.Set posting cadences, standards, and benchmarks for output and performance.Collaborate with label/partners on paid media, retargeting, and growth campaigns.Own digital experiments: new formats, niche channels, collabs with creators.Report performance clearly to leadership with a bias toward action, not vanity metrics.What You’ll Bring5+ years in digital marketing / social growth in music, creator economy, or entertainment.Proven track record growing accounts or brands at scale.Strong understanding of algorithmic platforms and what drives reach (watch time, saves, shares, etc.).Comfort with AI tools for analytics, copy suggestions, and workflow automation.Data-literate: can translate numbers into clear actions and priorities.Bonus PointsExperience in worship/Christian music or mission-driven brands.Experience launching/optimizing YouTube-based “shows” or recurring content series.Examples of accounts/projects you’ve grown.
