You’ll manage daily posting, replies, DMs, UGC, and challenges across all platforms, with AI assistants handling basic tasks so you can focus on real connections, tone, and community-building.What You’ll DoOwn daily posting and scheduling across TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts, X, and more.Use AI tools to:Generate caption drafts in our voice.Suggest hashtags and post times.Handle basic auto-replies and FAQs (with guardrails).Curate and repost UGC from fans, creators, and churches (with permissions).Engage in comments and DMs as the “voice” of our brands—warm, honest, human.Design and run digital challenges, campaigns, and community rituals (e.g., testimony prompts, prayer nights, worship challenges).Work closely with Head of Digital and Growth and team on content calendars and priorities.Flag sensitive issues early (criticism, controversy, pastoral concerns) so leadership can respond correctly.What You’ll Bring3+ years managing social for artists, brands, or creators.Deep, daily user of TikTok, IG, and YouTube (not just “familiar”).Strong writing voice that feels real, not corporate or churchy.High emotional intelligence and discretion in public replies.Comfort using AI tools as an assistant, not a crutch.Bonus PointsExperience moderating faith-based communities.Background in church leadership, youth ministry, or similar (understands spiritual sensitivity).Bilingual or multilingual (Spanish, French, Portuguese, etc.).
