The Shortlist is partnering with a respected communications and marketing consultancy to find an experienced digital leader who can elevate the agency’s digital offering, accelerate commercial growth, and advise senior clients on next-generation digital strategy.This is the commercial engine of the role, and must be exciting for the right candidate.Accelerate Digital Growth & Commercial ImpactThis role will own the digital growth agenda. You will:Build and convert high-value new business opportunities.Lead major pitches and shape commercially sound, insight-led proposals.Strengthen the consultancy’s digital market presence across enterprise and public sectors.Identify new revenue pathways and digital service lines that fuel long-term growth.This is the commercial engine of the role — and must be exciting for the right candidate.Lead the Agency’s AI AmbitionAI is a core pillar, not a footnote. You will:Lead the exploration and adoption of emerging AI tools across creative, analytics, operations, and client work.Architect frameworks that help teams deliver faster, smarter, higher-quality digital work.Educate and influence internal teams and senior clients on AI readiness, opportunities, and responsible use.Turn experimentation into scalable digital products, methodologies, and integrated solutions.This is the role for someone who sees AI as an accelerant for both work quality and organisational capability.Be the Senior Digital Advisor Clients Rely OnYou’ll become the partner senior leaders trust to make their digital decisions clear and strategic. You will:Provide leadership across digital strategy, platform ecosystems, content strategy, data, and performance.Guide clients through digital transformation and capability improvement.Elevate engagements from tactical execution to long-term strategic partnership.Bring a strong point of view grounded in insight, innovation, and market understanding.This is the consultative, high-EQ part of the role that elevates it beyond execution.How You’ll Lead InternallyBuild, mentor, and motivate a strong digital team across social, content, data, and integrated disciplines.Encourage a culture where curiosity, experimentation, and excellence thrive.Drive collaboration across regional teams to deliver integrated, multi-market solutions.Codify best practices and ensure digital thinking is embedded across the organisation.What You’ll Bring10–12+ years of digital, integrated strategy, or digital transformation experience.Strong track record in driving digital revenue growth and winning new business.Genuine experience adopting or implementing AI tools in marketing, creative, or analytics contexts.Gravitas and experience advising senior stakeholders (public sector experience a plus).Proven people leadership and capability-building experience.Strong understanding of Singapore’s digital and regulatory environment.Excellent storytelling, strategic writing, and presentation skills.Agile, commercial, collaborative, and deeply curious.The Shortlist At The Shortlist, we specialise in recruiting top PR and communications talent across Singapore and the wider APAC region.
