Job Description

The Head of E-Commerce will lead Atambah’s digital growth strategy by overseeing online sales channels, customer engagement initiatives, and data-driven marketing programs. This role combines leadership in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and CRM operations to drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. The position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical ability and a passion for creating seamless, personalized customer experiences across all digital touchpoints.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily online store operations including product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory sync, and customer experience.Monitor website and platform performance, ensuring uptime, usability, and a premium digital shopping experience.Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure CRM system accuracy and integration with e-commerce platforms.Analyze sales data, campaign data, and marketplace insights, turning them into actionable recommendations for client growth.Plan and execute promotional activities, work closely with the content creation team to increase brand exposure and sales. Track the latest market trends and competitor dynamics, and propose innovative marketing strategies and product promotion plans.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, CRM, or digital marketing, with at least 1 years in a managerial position.Proven track record in managing online retail operations or omnichannel e-commerce businesses.Strong command of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and marketing automation platforms.Data-driven, analytical, and results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.Up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
