Nationality: SaudiSex: Male or FemaleReports to: General ManagerLocation: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaRole Summary:The Head of Ejadah Safety Training Center is responsible for leading the overall management, strategic direction, and operational excellence of the Center, ensuring its position as a leading national provider of occupational health and safety (OHS) training. This role oversees program development, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, partnerships, and business growth, all in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives for workforce safety and national capability building.The role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in training, accreditation, and quality systems—capable of fostering innovation, strengthening stakeholder confidence, and ensuring the Centre’s sustainability and competitiveness.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Leadership and Planning:Develop and implement the Centre’s strategic plan, aligning with Ejadah Group’s mission and Vision 2030 safety objectives.Translate strategic goals into actionable initiatives with measurable performance indicators (KPIs).2. Operational Management:Oversee day-to-day operations of the Center, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with quality standards.Supervise program delivery, scheduling, instructor performance, and resource utilization.Ensure optimal learner experience and satisfaction through continuous improvement in training delivery.3. Program and Service Development:Lead the design and development of specialized OHS training programs for both public and private sectors.Expand the Centre’s offerings beyond mandatory safety courses to include advanced programs in risk management, industrial safety, fire safety, and emergency response.Introduce innovative delivery methods, including blended and simulation-based learning.4. Quality Assurance and Accreditation:Establish and oversee the Centre’s quality management system (QMS) in compliance with ISO 45001 and other international standards.Maintain accreditation and licensing with relevant authorities and professional bodies such as TVTC, OSHA, Highfield, and develop new accreditation with other esteemed bodies such as NEBOSH, and IOSH.Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement activities to ensure service excellence.5. Partnerships and External Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, major clients, and industry regulators such as the TVTC, Civil Defence, and Saudi Aramco.Establish collaborations with global training and certification organizations to enhance program credibility and reach.Represent the Center in professional and industry events to strengthen visibility and partnerships.6. Financial and Business Development:Develop and manage the Centre’s annual budget, ensuring financial sustainability and efficient resource allocation.Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that support growth and diversification.Lead pricing strategy and business planning for new programs and services.7. Team Leadership and Development:Mentor and develop staff to build leadership capacity within the Center.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: occupational health and safety, engineering, business administration, or related field.Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.Professional Certificates; PMP certified preferredMinimum of 4–6 years of experience in OHS, training management, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in managing accredited training centres or large-scale safety programs.Strong understanding of Saudi Vision 2030 and national safety initiatives.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and ensure compliance with national and international standards.
