Key Responsibilities:Lead and take full ownership of the company’s technology operations, including system development, data integration, and process automation.Design, build, and implement systems that eliminate inefficiencies and accelerate cross-functional performance.Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Production teams to develop tools and platforms that directly impact business performance.Contribute hands-on in system development and coding to ensure quality, speed, and reliability.Build, lead, and manage a lean, high-performing technology team — from recruitment and capability development to performance management.Drive end-to-end digital transformation initiatives without reliance on external consultants or vendors.Maintain extreme attention to detail and system precision to prevent costly operational errors.Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, execution speed, and tangible results.Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of experience in technology, systems, or software development, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership or managerial role.Proven track record in building or developing systems that significantly improve operational efficiency.Strong hands-on coding skills across multiple programming languages, with the ability to deliver fast, clean, and reliable code.Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or construction industries is highly preferred.Exceptional problem-solving skills, especially under pressure and tight deadlines.Strong leadership qualities: leads by example, demands results, and stays solutions-oriented.High work ethic — flexible, fast-paced, and committed to achieving results in a dynamic environment.Strong business acumen and understanding of cross-functional processes (sales, logistics, production) to design effective technical solutions.
