Their platform combines advanced imaging, continuous biometrics, and machine learning to create a comprehensive picture of human health long before symptoms appear.Founded in 2023, Everlab is already trusted by thousands of Australians using its preventive health programs. Clinics are expanding nationwide, with digital systems powering a seamless experience from scan to insight to personalised health plan.Aside from extending human lifespan, they aim to extend healthspan, giving people more years of vitality, not just more years that they can’t enjoy. You will help accelerate that mission.⚖️ What this is (and isn’t)✅ A chance to own the engineering function of a mission-led company changing how healthcare works.✅ A high-autonomy leadership role where you’ll shape architecture, people, and delivery.✅ A springboard to accelerated leadership level career progression as the company continues to thrive and grow.❌ A hands on engineeringrole. You will heavily influence tech, but won’t write code day to day.❌ A people only leadership role - you’ll still have a large focus on technical decision making, architecture and roadmap.❌ A role without ambiguity. Despite their early success, Everlab are still young, and things will change over time - you’ll need to see that as a pro, not a con.💬 Down to save some lives and change healthcare forever? If you want to lead exceptional engineers, build technology that genuinely has an incredibly positive impact, and play a defining role in a company shaping the future of health, we need to have a chat.👉 Apply now or reach out to Luca@scouut.com.au for a confidential chat.
