Your new role We are seeking a determined and dynamic individual to lead our English department. As Head of English, you will:Oversee the delivery of high-quality, engaging English education across all key stages.Inspire a love of language and literature in a diverse student body.Collaborate with other heads of department and external partners to develop innovative programs that extend beyond the classroom.Ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to teaching and learning.Support the academic success, personal growth, and well-being of every student, with a focus on inclusion and high expectations.Contribute to school improvement by refining systems, policies, and practices that deliver lasting positive outcomes.
