37 hours per week, all year round contractWe are looking for a dynamic, friendly, innovative, ambitious, and caring person with a can-do attitude. The successful candidate will be dedicated to supporting the Leadership Team and will line manage the administration team, the kitchen staff, the cleaning staff, the caretaker and will support with health and safety and finance within the school and working with the wider organisation at Autism East Midlands.Candidates are sought who can demonstrate a track record of successful management and particular aptitude for: Communication and relationship-building Attention to detail and effective time management for meeting deadlines Versatility in undertaking tasks and a good eye for prioritisation planning Leading, assessing and acting on Health and Safety management within an education setting.
