Suitable candidates will require: An appropriate university degree and teaching qualification At least 3 years experience of teaching English National Curriculum, English up to A-Level, and experience or willingness to teach the IB diploma would be an advantage. A passion for teaching and learning and a drive to achieve high standards for all To be an advocate for student wellbeing and involved in our pastoral care system Excellent understanding of English and how students learn. Strong classroom management and organisational skills A solid understanding and use of ICT in the classroom (familiarisation with Google Workspace is advantageous).
