Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Head of Finance role based in Harrow. The Head of Finance will manage financial operations and ensure sound fiscal management to support the company's strategic goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the preparation of financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, managing budgeting processes, and analyzing financial data to inform decisions. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with regulations and leading finance-related strategic initiatives. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.Strong Analytical Skills with a focus on identifying trends and areas for financial optimization.Expertise in Finance, including understanding of financial operations, planning, and strategy.Proven experience with Budgeting and managing financial planning processes.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is desirable.Experience in the distribution or wholesale industry is a plus.
