We provide fast and convenient access to working capital through digital financial products such as factoring, purchase order finance, and B2B buy now pay later.RoleWe are seeking a Head of Financial Operations & Reporting. Working directly with the CEO, you will own financial control, accounting, and reporting processes while ensuring transparency, compliance, and efficiency in how we manage funds and report performance. This is a hands-on role suited for a finance professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can combine strong technical knowledge with a pragmatic, execution-driven approach.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end financial operations, including cash management, loan disbursements, and repayments trackingMaintain accurate records of all funding, interest accruals, repayments, and outstanding balancesLead monthly closings, prepare management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and consolidate across entities (Kazakhstan and Delaware)Oversee tax compliance and statutory reporting in coordination with accounting teamImplement and improve financial controls, reconciliations, and internal processes to ensure data integrityCoordinate with auditors and external advisors during reviews or fundraising due diligencePartner with the CEO on budgeting, investor reporting, and financial planningCollaborate with product and operations teams to ensure financial accuracy and automation of reporting workflowsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA/ACCA preferred)5+ years of experience in financial operations, FP&A, or accounting, ideally within fintech, banking, or lendingStrong command of Kazakhstan accounting and tax regulationsHands-on experience with 1C and proficiency in ExcelExperience building management reporting and dashboardsStrong analytical mindset and attention to detailIntegrity, ownership, and ability to thrive in a startup environmentWhat We OfferStrategic, hands-on role shaping Faqtor’s financial foundationOpportunity to build financial systems and controls from the ground upExposure to cross-border finance (Kazakhstan ↔ USA)Collaboration with founders, investors, and senior stakeholdersCompetitive compensation package
