My client is a Berlin-based B2C SaaS company looking for a Growth Manager to own the revenue funnel for their product — from installs and trials to subscriptions and retention.With a strong marketing funnel and millions of downloads my client is looking for someone to optimise our revenue. You’ll combine analytical precision with commercial instinct to optimize how millions of users discover, activate, and pay the product.You’ll uncover low-hanging fruit, remove friction in the funnel, and bring together pricing, lifecycle, and monetization strategy into one coherent system.This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves to understand a revenue engine and make it run to its highest potential Key responsibilitiesOwn the b2c revenue funnelIdentify bottlenecks and opportunities across acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.Turn insights into experiments that drive sustainable, compounding revenue growth.Lead cohort and segmentation analysis across RevenueCat, App Store Connect, and Amplitude.Map how different user types move through the funnel — by country, platform, and plan.Translate behavioral data into actionable growth hypotheses.Own Subscription, Pricing, and MonetizationManage and experiment with pricing, trial strategy, and plan packaging.Understand App Store vs. web purchase behavior, refunds, churn drivers, and price elasticity by market.Background:5+years in Growth, Revenue, or Product at a B2C app or subscription business.Proven track record of optimizing the full revenue funnel and delivering measurable impact.Expert in subscription mechanics (App Store, RevenueCat, churn, LTV, pricing).Commercially minded — able to connect user experience with business results.MUST BE BASED IN BERLINCan this be of interest?
