Full-Time, London (Hybrid, with travel)About Floxmind Floxmind is redefining warehouse automation through Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS). Our platform uses AI, ML, and IoT technologies to enable robots from multiple different vendors to work together in warehouses, providing truly vendor-agnostic automation to 3PLs, eCommerce fulfilment providers, and enterprise logistics operators.Through our orchestration platform, our customers experience up to 200% productivity gains and reduce labour costs by up to 70% - providing measurable ROI in as little as 4 months. We’re converting CapEx into predictable OpEx.We’re receiving a huge amount of interest in our product, and are well funded having raised £2m last year from Sure Valley Ventures and Ada Ventures (read more about our fundraise in The Times and UKTech News, and hear why Ada Ventures invested here).To date, our commercial traction has come from founder-led sales - and now we’re looking for a rockstar Head of Growth to take the lead on our commercial efforts through our next stage of growth.The RoleAs Floxmind’s Head of Growth, your mission will be to drive FloxMind’s market penetration (with an initial focus on the UK). You’d take full ownership of our sales cycle and build out a scalable GTM engine across sales, partnerships and marketing, and focus on building deep relationships with 3PLs, system integrators, OEMs, and automation partners.Initially working as an Individual Contributor, you’ll define, shape and execute our commercial strategy, working closely with the founders, Yanwen (CEO) & Quirino (CTO), and our advisor David Emerson (former CCO of SEKO Logistics). You’ll develop and manage our quarterly sales targets and KPIs and, over time, build out a high-performing team as our customer base & pipeline expands.You’d travel to meet our customers - existing and prospective - both at their sites and at conferences, and we’d give you a platform to be a thought-leader in the category of AI-powered logistics and automation.In your first year, we’d expect you to:Generate £2m in revenue, with >£10m in qualified pipelineSecure 5 strategic partnerships/channel relationshipsPut scalable GTM infrastructure in place, including our MarTech stack, our performance KPIs and quarterly sales targets, and CRM reportingBuild our 2.0 commercial playbook - focused on implementing structured account-based marketing and intent-driven outreachWho We’re Looking ForThis is an incredible opportunity for a hands-on, highly-motivated sales leader to work with cutting-edge technologies in a space hungry for our solution. We’re not prescriptive about years of experience - what matters is your entrepreneurial mindset and drive to bring our product to our target customers.However, we believe the following key competencies, attributes & experiences will significantly increase your ability to succeed in this role, and as such we’re prioritising those who demonstrate the following, as assessed through application, interview, referencing, and prior experiences:A track record of developing and closing complex deals (involving B2B technology and/or logistics services).Proven experience in growth, sales, or commercial roles within a 3PL, logistics, fulfilment, warehouse automation, or supply-chain technology companies.A solid understanding & interest in logistics operations and warehouse processes.Experience engaging founder-level and key decision makers (in 3PLs, retailers, or manufacturers), with solution-based and outcome-focused selling.Ownership mentality, commercially analytical, strong communication & influencing skills, and a growth mindset.Nice to Have:Background in RaaS, robotics, WMS, or automation technology.Experience scaling GTM functions in a venture-backed tech environment.Existing network across UK 3PLs and fulfilment providers.Familiarity with ABM and MarTech tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).CompensationCompetitive base salary + commission structure (uncapped)Equity options in Floxmind (we want you to share in the upside of our mission)Hybrid work, pension, and travel expenses included.Interview Process & Next StepsPlease submit your application hereOur interview process is as follows:30-minute 1st stage interview with our founders (Yanwen & Quirino)45-minute 2nd stage deep-dive interviewCase Study / Paid Work TrialOffer & ReferencingStart!
