Ciklum is looking for a Head of HR to join our team full-time in India.We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.About the role:As a Head of HR, you will lead the HR function for the India organisation, managing a team of four HR professionals and driving all aspects of the HR lifecycle. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders while ensuring operational excellence, legal compliance, and alignment with Ciklum’s global HR strategy. The role also includes leading HR integration for newly acquired companies in India to align people, processes, and policies. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution with strong expertise in Indian labor law, employee relations, and people development.Become a part of a cross-functional development environment engineering experiences of tomorrow.
