Head of Human Resources

To lead and drive the Human Resources function, aligning people strategy with organizational objectives in the Shipping & Logistics industry.This role requires strong leadership, strategic HR expertise, and the ability to oversee all HR domains, ensuring excellence in talent management, engagement, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.Partner with senior management to provide strategic HR counsel and support decision-making.Drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.Ensure continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and practices.Foster a culture of performance, engagement, and growth across the organization.Looking for:Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field.20+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Prior experience in the Shipping or Logistics industry preferred.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing HR teams.
