The ICan ecosystem began in 2022, born from the needs of families who relocated to Cyprus and sought a nurturing, high-quality educational environment for their children. Since then, we have grown into a vibrant community, operating two kindergartens — and now expanding with the launch of a New private international kindergarten under the brand ICan Kids in Limassol.Our kindergartens are inspired by the philosophy of a gentle, respectful, and mindful approach to early childhood education. We believe that every child deserves to grow in an atmosphere of care, openness, and respect for individuality.The educational process is based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, integrated with the Reggio Emilia approach, with special emphasis on freedom of self-expression, project-based learning, and inquiry-led exploration.We are seeking a visionary and compassionate Educational Leader to join us as the Head of our new kindergarten — someone who shares our values and is ready to cultivate a strong community of like-minded educators, children, and families.If you are an experienced early years professional passionate about creating meaningful learning environments and leading with empathy, we invite you to become part of our growing ICan family.Main responsibilities:overall management of the kindergarten, ensuring the effective implementation of the educational program based on EYFS with elements of Reggio Emilia;management of teaching and administrative staff: recruitment, training, adaptation, quality control of work;maintaining high educational standards and developing an environment focused on the interests and needs of the child;organization of documentation and reporting;interaction with parents: open communication, regular feedback, participation in the life of the community;monitoring compliance with all occupational health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the institution;development of partnerships, participation in international educational initiatives, communication with external experts;conducting internal quality assessment of education and participation in accreditations.Requirements:higher education in pedagogy or educational management;verified qualification in Early Childhood Education;work experience in international kindergartens for at least 2–3 years;deep understanding and practical experience working with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) system;knowledge and application of Reggio Emilia Approach principles in educational practice is an advantage;experience in administrative and managerial work: team formation, quality control, strategic planning, documentation and reporting;fluent command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of Russian and Greek is an advantage;excellent communication and leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build a team based on respect and cooperation.We offer:competitive salary;relocation support if needed;free lunches during working hours;opportunities for professional growth and development;friendly and supportive atmosphere in an international school.Apply now to join our growing international team!
