Infrastructure & Governance:Take full ownership of all IT OperationsLead outsourced IT vendorsGovern Microsoft 365 and enterprise systemsEnsure infrastructure scalability, reliability, and securityImplement identity & access management standards Cybersecurity & Risk Management:Establish cybersecurity policies and controlsManage data protection, backup, DREnsure compliance with regulatory and data privacy requirementsCoordinate vulnerability assessments and penetration testing AI & Digital Transformation:Design and lead AI initiatives across full investment lifecycleLead Agile-based AI transformation projectsImplement automation and workflow optimizationDeliver measurable productivity and decision-quality improvementsBuild IT & AI roadmap aligned with business priorities4. Business Partnership:Work directly with CEO / Partner levelDive to root cause through structured listening & questioningTranslating business strategy into technology architectureGuide users toward governance standardsDevelop and lead IT team members and vendors Authority & Scope:Full ownership of IT infrastructure governanceStrategic advisory role in AI roadmap decisionsManage IT-related budget under approved planIII. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Have track record:Minimum 3 years as Head of IT / IT Chief (Infrastructure & Applications), OR2–3 years as AI Transformation Lead with enterprise exposure.Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 and enterprise infrastructureDemonstrated success leading AI transformation projects using Agile methodologiesExperience working with CEO/Partner levelFluent English2.
