Are you an accountable leader who is looking to own the leisure, indirect, and partnership growth agenda across Australia and New Zealand then you could be our next Head of Leisure & Partnerships (ANZ).Your role will be covering OTA channels, tour operators/wholesalers, travel management partners and consortia (TMCs), airline and hotel partnerships, membership/loyalty programs, and affinity partnerships where you will be accountable for distribution reach, partner activation, co-marketing ROI, and profitable channel mix.You will execute the global partner-first strategy locally across priority leisure channels and travel management networks, optimise commercials and rate parity, and deliver joint business plans that drive measurable demand with healthy contribution margins. This includes stewarding TMC relationships, program RFPs, and content quality across GDS/API feeds to ensure visibility and conversion.Leading a specialist team across partner management (including TMCs), distribution technology, and trade marketing to deliver predictable volumes, strong seasonality management, and sustainable growth.This Role Is Responsible For The FollowingOwn the partner portfolio P&L - Execute the global leisure & partnerships strategy in AU & NZ; localise channel, partner, and proposition priorities by segment and seasonality. Set contribution targets, negotiate commercials, and manage channel mix and rate parity. Strengthen executive relationships with top partners.Lead – Sales team with establishing clear performance standards and coaching and developing as needed.Partner Acquisition – lead acquisition and onboarding (OTAs, wholesalers, airlines/hotels, loyalty); develop joint business plans and performance cadences.Drive distribution excellence - with Digital/IT: optimize integrations, content quality, and availability accuracy. Plan and execute co-marketing and trade campaigns; track ROI, CAC/CPA, and incrementality.Leverage - data/insights to manage seasonality, launch tactical offers, and improve conversion and attachment rates. Ensure operational readiness with Fleet/Operations for peak events and partner promotions.Champion responsible growth - protect brand standards, manage rate integrity, and align with sustainability/EV goals where relevant.BenefitsCompetitive salary with a performance-based bonus structureFully maintained company vehicleAccess to Perkbox – exclusive discounts with leading retailers, fitness providers, entertainment venues, and more24/7 Employee Assistance Programme for mental health and wellbeing supportEmployee discounts on car rentals across Avis Budget GroupWhat We’re Looking For8+ years in B2B sales, including 3+ years leading enterprise/corporate sales across multi-site or multi-country portfolios (ideally AU & NZ).Proven ownership of complex RFPs/RFIs, enterprise negotiations, and multi-year MSAs.Demonstrated success hiring/coaching teams and managing to targets.Deep commercial acumen: pricing & bid governance, P&L levers, portfolio optimisation, forecasting.Data-driven sales management: pipeline coverage, stage conversion, win-rate improvement, forecast accuracy.Strong understanding of corporate travel tech and channels (TMCs, GDS/OBT, payments/expense platforms).Cross-functional orchestration to meet contracted SLAs and deliver profitable mix.From a personal attribute point of view, we are looking for Executive presence someone who is comfortable influencing C-suite and senior stakeholders.
