Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic marketing leader to take ownership of the company’s holistic growth agenda — shaping customer experiences, building strategic campaigns, and driving measurable commercial results across all channels.This role sits at the intersection of brand, customer acquisition, digital and CRM, with responsibility for translating business goals into compelling multi-channel strategies that strengthen brand impact and accelerate sustainable growth.About the OpportunityIn this role, you will:Define and lead strategic initiatives that elevate the brand’s presence and performanceDevelop and refine audience engagement strategies to support customer growth and retentionOversee planning and execution of integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channelsManage partnerships with external agencies and specialist vendors to maximise outcomesLead digital experience performance, including website, email, social and performance mediaGuide CRM and loyalty efforts to deepen engagement and lifetime valueDrive performance measurement, reporting, optimisation and data-informed decision-makingSteward financial planning, forecasting and responsible budget managementNurture and develop a high-performing team while fostering cross-functional collaborationYou’ll thrive in this role if you are a strategic and analytical thinker with deep hands-on experience driving growth through brand and digital channels. You are someone who can balance creative thinking with commercial rigour, build effective team culture, and influence senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.8+ years in senior marketing leadership or equivalent strategic rolesTrack record of building and executing multi-channel strategies that drive engagement and growthAptitude for aligning brand strategy with digital performance and customer lifecycle profitabilityStrong experience with performance reporting, forecasting and budget accountabilityComfortable leading high-impact relationships with agencies and external partnersExcellent communicator with senior leadership presenceProven ability to lead, develop and scale capable teamsYou will be measured on outcomes such as:Positive shifts in awareness and customer loyalty metricsGrowth in customer engagement and key membership or retention indicatorsAchievement of online and channel performance targetsEffective budget management and return-oriented spendStrong team engagement and developmentIf you’re passionate about leading both strategic and practical transformation in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.
